n8n workflows / AI agents / integrations
Automation for businesses that live on the phone.
A missed call is a lost job. I build the workflows that catch the call, sort the enquiry, chase the quote and ask for the review, so a small crew stops losing work to admin. Published in the official n8n template library.
Dispatch board
6 templates
Every one of these runs on any n8n instance, self-hosted or on n8n Cloud. Four are published in the official library; two live here only.

WO-001
Missed call text-back
An unanswered call sends the caller a text within seconds and tells the owner who rang. Repeat callers only ever get one message.

Website leads into one sheet
Form submissions land in a single sheet with duplicates merged onto one row, and the team hears about each one straight away.

AI enquiry triage
Every enquiry is read and classified by trade and urgency. Emergencies are escalated, marketing spam is dropped, and the dispatcher gets the questions worth asking.

Quote follow-up
Unanswered quotes get three reminders on a fixed schedule, and the sequence stops the moment the customer replies.

Review requests after the job
A finished job asks the customer how it went. Happy customers reach the review page in one click; unhappy ones reach the owner instead.

Book the visit in one tap
Reads the technician calendar, offers three free slots on three different days, and books the one the customer taps. Re-checks the slot before writing to the calendar, so the van is never double-booked, then reminds the day before.

What I build
- Workflow automation
- n8n, self-hosted or on n8n Cloud. Phone systems, web forms, email, spreadsheets and CRMs wired into one process that runs without anyone remembering to run it.
- AI agents
- Classification, triage and drafting that return structured fields rather than prose, so the result can be routed and acted on instead of only read.
- Integrations
- Twilio, Google Workspace, Telegram, Slack, Airtable, HubSpot and anything with a REST API, including the awkward ones that need a webhook built by hand.
Tell me what keeps falling through the cracks.
Send over the process that eats your week. If automation is the wrong answer, I will say so before you spend anything.
